A New Sustainable Option for Food Packaging
Slip is more than just packaging -- it is a symbol of movement, a movement to fight against the ongoing waste problem that exists within this world. This project hopes to be able to create one small step towards the progression of a cleaner and healthier environment. By exploring various ways to make silicone products Through a mix of research, design, and strategic planning, this initiative hopes to encourage people to make more environmentally friendly choices and support the circular economy.

Problem
Only 9 percent of plastic gets recycled around the world; and with plastic use expected to rise, especially in Australia, we urgently need to find reusable and eco-friendly choices.

Solution
Silicone is a strong candidate for sustainable packaging because it's durable and flexible. It works well for Ziploc bags that handle different temperatures and are great for food storage.
Concept
The project curates a sustainable product with a responsive and effective design. Combining sustainability with convenience.
